Welcome to Meridian CRM

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and Codient Tech, doing business as Meridian CRM, concerning your access to and use of the Meridian CRM SaaS platform and website.

By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Provision of Services

Meridian CRM is a Business-to-Business (B2B) SaaS platform designed for travel agencies and corporate tour operators. The platform provides tools for:

• Employee management
• Dynamic cost sheet generation
• Traveler data management
• Automated document scanning via IDFY
• Integrations with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Microsoft OneDrive, WhatsApp, and other supported third-party services

2. User Accounts & Security

• Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including role-based permissions assigned to employees or departments.
• Activity Logs: Meridian CRM actively monitors and logs user sessions and system activities to ensure security and compliance. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

Meridian CRM integrates with third-party software including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Microsoft OneDrive, IDFY, and WhatsApp.

• We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, or data breaches originating from third-party providers.
• Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
• IDFY Credits: Document scanning requires available IDFY credits. Automated scanning will pause when your credit balance is exhausted until it is replenished.

4. Data Ownership & Compliance

• Traveler Data: You retain full ownership of all traveler and corporate data uploaded to Meridian CRM.
• Legal Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained valid legal consent from your travelers to collect, store, and process their personal identity documents through Meridian CRM and IDFY.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to premium features, including advanced Zoho mapping, automated background jobs, and bulk communication tools, is subject to an active subscription. Failure to maintain active billing may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codient Tech and Meridian CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, scheduled deletion jobs, or business interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
